Starter Creamed Chicken Pancake:

 

Pancakes

 

1 x Cup of Flour

1 ¼ x Milk

1 x egg

Pinch of salt

2 tablespoons of soft butter

 

Add Flour and salt to bowl, add milk, egg and butter mix all ingredients together on low speed for about 2 minutes or until mixture is well mixed.

Put stove of high and heat pan up. Add butter and oil to the pan, not to much.

I usually pour the batter from a jug which makes it easier, wait for about 1 minute for the one side to fry and flip the pancake for the other side to cook for about 1 min as well.

 

White Sauce:

 

2 x cups of milk

3 Tbls of Flour

1 Tbls of Butter

½ tsp of salt

½ tsp of garlic

 

Add flour to bowl, melt butte in microwave for 20 secs, and add to flour. While mixing add ¼ cup of milk to flour and butter mixture. Mix until the mixture is smooth, then add the rest of the milk, salt and garlic

 

Creamed chicken filling:

 

2 x fillet breasts

¼ Onion

½ Green pepper

½ Red pepper

1 x tsp of Robertsons chicken spice

Half a teaspoon of salt

Pepper

 

Fry onions until golden brown add Cut up chicken to pan. Add spices and salt. Simmer for about 5 minutes while adding a little water at a time.  When chicken is a bit cooked add cut up Green peppers and let that simmer for another 2 minutes and the add white sauce. Remember to keep two tablespoons or so of white sauce for. Let that simmer for about five minutes and put aside.

 

Take one pancake and fill the pancake with chicken filling roll it up and cut in half. Decorate your  plate with paprika on the edge of the plate, place the folded pancake. Drizzle a teaspoon of white sauce over and add two slice of red pepper on each side.
