- 1 tablespoon wet red ginger masala
- half teaspoon garlic
- 1 tablespoon ghee
- 1 teaspoon dhana jeroo fine
- 1/2 teaspoon arad borie
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon mayonaise
- salt to taste
- few mint leaves
Instructions
- marinate 2 hours.
- Braise in a pot 1/2 teaspoon garlic in 1 tablespoon ghee
- add chicken
- cook medium heat
- thereafter put on the shallow tray
- make sauce with butter and little mint
- Pour over chicken n grill both side
