1 cup semolina
1 cup   inkomaas(sour milk) (I use plain yoghurt)
1 heap tsp salt
1 tsp dhana
1 tsp gr jeeru,,,,arad
3 tsp sugar
Lemon juice to taste
Green chillie n garlic
2 tbsp oil
2 heap tbsp
chana flour
Lastly add 1 heap tsp eno fruit salts


  1. Mix together taste n adjust
  2. Pour into oil greased high side round cake pan,
  3. cover with foil n prick holes into foil
  4. bake at 180 C for 1 hr
  5. in an oven dish filled with water
  6. remove foil after 50 min n leave to cook thru
  7. just press centre slightly n see else leave little longer in oven
  8. garnish with sesame seeds till,coconut,green dhania, rye,limri I n slit chillies
