Ingredients
250g Butter
250g tastee wheat (2 cups)
1 cup sugar
500ml milk
6 cinnamon sticks
6 cardamon
pinch of saffron
optional sultanas, quarter tsp cardamon powder, almonds flaked
Method
melt butter in low heat
add taystee wheat and braise stirring continously until pink
add milk and stir quickly as mixture thickens
add sugar saffron and nuts
Steam until sugar dissolved
Stir to avoid sticking
sprinkle with cardamon and sultana
