1. Get your internet(gprs) settings from your service provider. Call Vodacom -111, MTN – 173, Cell C – 140 or click on GPRS/Mobile Internet settings
2. Go to the main menu of the phone. Look for a picture of a world or something that says browser or services. Go to it using the arrow (up, down, side, side) keys.
3. Go to the option enter url. Type in http://www.google.co.za (http:// is sometimes typed in already). Go to the box using the arrow buttons and type nanima. Using the arrow button press down and press search which is highlighted. Look for a link that says nanima.co.za homepage and using the down arrow key go on it and press. Wala, you are in nanima’s home. You can type: https://www.nanima.co.za directly in the enter url as well. Some phones need google to convert the page to mobile version. PS. Remove the SIM card and battery, filled a bowl with rice(your choice, basmati, tastic)and float the phone in the middle of the rice pile. Mobile phone radiation and health concerns have been raised, following the enormous increase in the use of wireless mobile telephony throughout the world (as of August 2005, there were more than 2 billion users worldwide). This is because mobile phones use electromagnetic radiation in the microwave range. These concerns have induced a large body of research (both epidemiological and experimental, in non-human animals as well as in humans). Concerns about effects on health have also been raised regarding other digital wireless systems, such as data communication networks. The World Health Organization has concluded, based upon the consensus view of the scientific and medical communities, that serious health effects (e.g. cancer) are very unlikely to be caused by cellular phones or their base stations, and expects to make recommendations about mobile phones in 2007-08. However, some national radiation advisory authorities, including those of Austria France, Germany, and Sweden recommend to their citizens measures to minimize exposure. Examples of the recommendations are: 1.Use hands-free to decrease the radiation to the head. 2. Keep the mobile phone away from the body. 3. Nando’s hummer hot peri peri stir fry
INGREDIENTS:
500g Stripped chicken breast meat
10g Crushed Ginger
10g Crushed garlic
30ml Sunflower oil
60ml Nandos Hot Peri Peri sauce or marinade
30ml Soy sauce
100g Young carrots sliced lengthwise
100g Green beans, sliced lengthwise
200g Baby button mushrooms
250g Stir Fry Greens
METHOD 1,2, 3
Heat oil in wok and add Garlic and Ginger. Add chicken and sear till golden. Add Hot Peri Peri and Soy sauce. Add all vegetables and stir fry for 2 -3
