A recipe book for those who are confused what to cook. It has the essentials that you need which makes having ingredients ready and available. The book is done by the day of the week. There essentials are fridge items, freezer items, panty and dried herbs. It also has a kit list what appliances and pans and pots you require. There are tips and tricks of the tade like how to save your stale bread and what to do with steam rice that is leftover. This books is a main meal book. It is cooking for large quantities maybe to freeze leftovers for another day. Rissotto. Lasagne. falafels. Monday seems like a pasta Italian day. Tuesday more the curry day and Asian inspired recipes.Wednesday seems to be oven heavy day with bakes. Friday is a quick easy day. Sunday with comfort food. A lot of variety and easy to make recipes.
