Compost heap Compost is soil made out of things that used to be alive. Plants love it.. Air , Water Garden waste, Kitchen waste Manure are the ingredients for a compost heap. Compost needs air, don’t enclose it in an airtight container. Kitchen waste makes great compost. Anything you normally put in the garbage can go into the compost instead. Keep a container in your kitchen and dump it into the compost every day. Good materials include : peels and rinds , egg shells , fruit and vegetable trimmings, leftovers, coffee grounds and stale bread. Avoid meats and sweets and greasy foods because they attract pests. Put your garden waste in to your compost. Grass clippings , leaves and weeds are good (no grass runners).Include some ordinary soil. Good manure comes from chickens, cows , horses , sheep and goat (not dogs or meat eating animals). Water your compost once a week.

Boarding and Lodging

Cape Town Looking for boarding & lodging for two months in Cape Town from 2nd week in April for mature muslim male. Please advise rates.
Mayfair: I am actually looking for the kind of student boarding that could be called traditional or even conservative. The kind where the students stay in a boarding house with, generally an aunty. The provision of food – 3 meals, 7 days a week is a priority. It should be around the Mayfair or M West areas or close. If transport is arranged along with the accommodation it would be an advantage. Transport should be from the residence to University of Wits in Braamfontein Monday to Friday. Once again, the provision of food is a big priority as at the current place there is a problem with food. I would appreciate it if you could assist me in this regard. I would like to move in by the beginning of next block of study which starts on the 31st of March.
