Match making Terms & conditions

1.The person looking for a spouse MUST complete the form themselves and not the parent

2. This services is only for people who are serious to get married and willing to get their female family relative involved in the process as point of contact.

3.A female relative – mother, sister, aunt, madressah appa or imam’s wife must be the reference and point of contact with the Nonna Matchmaker.

4. Communication is key. No timewasters. You have 24 hours to respond to introduction requests or you will be cancelled.

5. We will not be getting involved in personal stories, our job is ONLY to introduce the two parties

6. You have only one FREE chance for us to introduce you to someone. Use it well. Further introductions will incur an admin fee. Introductions will be a group WhatsApp call between Nonna and the two female representatives of the candidates.

7. We are not a marriage counselling service but may offer premarital counselling courses in the future if there is a demand.

8. This matchmaking follow strict islamic protocols.

9. No time wasters. Time is amanaat. Penalties will enforced should we be messed around with.

10. Our Nonna Matchmaker has committed till December to see if this viable service to offer, so please be proactive, respectful and responsive.
