3 bell peppers chopped – use half the quantity red yellow and green

1 onion chopped

1 teaspoon smoked spannish paprika

Normal parsley

3 to 4 garlic cloves chopped

1 tomatoe chopped –

largeCarrots finely cubed

1 cup frozen peas

1 pack marinara mix

700graams Extra crab sticks

Crayfish tales cleaned and marrinated in spillers

, seafood masala,

garlic salt n pepper

Prawns cleaned marrinated in spillers oil and masala and garlic

1 cup frozen peas

250 ml fish stock – got at woolies

Saffron in water about

1 cup water boil with safron

2 cups rice or more


Olive oil on high add onions and garlic, add peppers and carrotAdd tomato salt and pepper and smoked paprikaAdd marinara mix (lightly fried this seperately first in spillers)Add fish stockLet cook a little on medium dont overcook then add riceSaffron water and peas let simmer.Add prawns on top as well craffish raw salt and pepperPut lid on and simmerThen turn on high for 1 to 2 minutes then switch offAdd some parsley in the beggining and also some for garnish
