LAST DATE TO REGISTER FOR STALL: THURSDAY 20 AUGUST 2015. All payments must be made before this date as well.

READ CAREFULLY

Please note the following:

• this is a DAY AND NIGHT EXPO. Stall holders  will require to bring your own  portable full charged or battery operated light as there will be no electricity available
• Due to the past few expos experience  unfortunately we will be charging an additional R30 clean up fee.
• 1 table is provided. if you have a 1 table stall space you are allocated only 1 table space. If you have a bigger stall you can bring additional tables or hire from us.
•  bring your own chairs and gazebos.
• please bring 4 bricks and string to tie your gazebo down as the area is cement.
• In the evenings gazebos should be removed so you can have more light but upto stall holder.
• This is application phase. We will send out registration status as soon as we can. Once your receive registration approval to confirm spot by making payment and sending registration.
• There might be duplicate stalls selling similar products.
• There are only a few electricity points available that are reserved for food stalls. There is no electricity points available in general expo area.
• Handmade stalls or 1 table please bring an umbrella and something to ensure it stands like a drum or bucket of sand to ensure you have shade.
• Certain companies like AMC, tupperware etc only allow 1 stall per event. Stalls may have similar items.
• No commercial beverages, tea, coffee are allowed to be sold. All food applications have to go through an approval process.
• Please complete application form below. Completing form below does not mean your stall is booked. We will let you know if your stall has been approved. Once stall is approved you have 24 hours to register i.e send signed registration forms and make payment to ensure your space is booked.

Prices

Handmade 1 table size ONLY or 1 table stall, you are not allowed to bring extra tables– R250
3mx3m stall – R500

food stall – negotiable
All stalls come with 1 table bring your own chairs, gazebo and portable lighting for the night.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

PLEASE ADD R30 for clean up fee

If you require more tables – R50 for extra table

Electricity R100 (taken at own risk especially due to risk of loadshedding)
