1 litre milk
1 small tin nestle cream
Beat with an egg beater till frothy..
In a little milk dissolve:
1 ½ tsp falooda powder
Add to milk and allow to boil
Once boiled remove from heat..
Add ½ or more tin condensed milk,adjust to your taste,
½ tsp elachi powder
Green colouring
Beat again with egg beater till frothy.
Pour into mould,allow to set..
Once set throw out,pipe top with beaten orley whip cream,drizzle with choc sauce and sprinkle top with grated peppermint crisp..garnish with mint leaves.
