6 chicken fillets
1tsp salt
2tsp ground

METHOD
flatten fillets marinate with all spices beside crisps,marinate for 2hr,crush
crisps fine dip each fillet in crisps and layer in pyrex dot fillets with butter
bake for 20mins then sprinkle grated
cheese over and allow to melt for 5mins den grill a bit 2brown cheese a bit.
To make mash,mix 1pkt smash wid boiling water n then braise it with sum margarine n a few onion rings,add sum chopped coriander,place in piping bag n pipe on2 plate,arrange ur cheesy fillet n salad next to it and enjoy!
