Nuseed Health Muffins

Nothing beats the smell of freshly baked muffins. With the pomegranate Nuseed I decided to try out a muffin. I asked madala to assist with making this yummy treat.

before you start Roast the Pomegranate Nuseed mix for 8 minutes in the oven on 150 degrees.

Nuseed Health Muffin recipe

500ml Yoghurt

20ml honey

10mg bicarbonate of soda

750 ml Nutty wheat flour

125 ml Nuseed Pomegranate mix

5 ml salt optional


1. Mix yoghurt, honey and bicarb

2. Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl then add yoghurt mixture and mix well.

3. Pour in greased muffin pans and bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour
