Fish Cutlets

1 cup hake fish  steamed and flaked ( remove all bones and skin)

1 cup mashed potato

Salt to taste

¼ tsp lemon pepper

¼ tsp white pepper

¼ tsp ground nutmeg

1 egg

1 tsp dhana jeeru

Green masala to taste

1 tsp Fresh garlic

Chopped green dhania

Chopped spring onions


Mix everything together. Form into cutlets dip in flour, then beaten egg, then in cornflake crumbs. Fry in shallow oil till golden brown. Serve with chips, salad and sauce..

Makes about 8 medium cutlets…
