I am a self taught sugar artist running a home based business.
My cakes are made from scratch using good quality ingredients, no cake mixes here. I use real butter in my frostings and real cream and cadburys or Lindt chocolate for my ganache.
I make ALL of my sugar decorations and cake decor.

Good quality ingredients are a must.
For all those who admire sugar work and long to try their hand at it, don’t be discouraged by what people tell you. Making sugar decorations is as easy as playing with play dough. Everything is made up of shapes and if you can see the shapes you can make the decoration.
