Episode 4 – Dessert – Nutella Dessert

 

Humaira shows us how she prepares a decadent Nutella Dessert.

Ingredients

• Nutella, half a bottle small one
•  1cup fresh cream
•  100g peanut brittle/pralene
•  Pecan nuts chopped
•  1tsp cocoa
• 1-2tbsp icing sugar
•  Flake
•  Marie Biscuit
•  1/2 cup strong black coffee (2tbsp coffee in half cup warm water)
• tin nestle cream

Method

1. Dip marie in coffee and create a layer in serving dish.
2.  Beat fresh cream till stiff,
3. add nestle cream, icing sugar and cocoa and beat until mixed.
4. Create a layer with the fresh cream, warm nutella and drizzle over the fresh cream, sprinkle peacan nuts and broken pieces of peanut brittle over.
5.  Create another layer in the same process over this.
6.  Decorate last layer with flake and/or edible glitter.
