Ask Nanima?
I am looking for green masala fish recipe, thinking maybe thai, bought this ina parmans green pesto mixture.. any ideas?

Fathima Desai

Process:1/2bunch dhania,2cloves garlic,2green chillies,lemongrass,1/4 cup oil,  1 tspginger to paste..process till smooth paste.

( I just bought the coriander pesto and added green chillies and lemon grass and ginger garlic to it, was lazy to puree just cut them, so had to remove them while eating and place one side)

pan fry fish or prawns with crushed garlic and salt, remove.

add above paste to pan.stirfry paste,

add 1/2tsp arad and 1tsp crushed dhana(coriander seeds)to paste.

add 1/2cup water and cook for 5min.

Add 1can coconut milk and simmer for 10min.

I prefer to strain the mixture as I don’t like the stalky lemongrass.

add fish to coconut milk, simmer for 8min and add chopped dhania

.if using prawns serve with egg noodles. This is sooo yummy and easy!

Anyway although the rice curry combo was lekker, i found the fish still a little bland.. why, felt like it needed to be injected with some flavour?

Also I thought the coconut milk taste will be overwhelming but really got a more tangy taste.
