Guidelines for commenting
According to standard forum moderations practices and policies, terms of use of this platform and our vision for this page, there are some guidelines we must all try and adhere to so we can all live happily ever after on this page.

  • No personal or insulting attacks
  • No capital letters - (it hurts my eyes)

  • No Bickering
  • No trolling especially to start flame wars
  • Keep it to the topic
  • if you disagree with someone, comment in a respectful manner

  • For medical and religious advise and products, we recommend that you always get expert opinions as we may not be trained to give you such advise. We can only give you our two cents worth and home remedies regarding these scenarios and maybe our own experience from the university of life

    As the main purpose of this page is to help and support each other in the best manner possible we have a zero tolerance to trouble making on this page. Our time is limited and we have family commitments we can't be on the page to fight fires all the time. Due to lessons learnt from many incidents in the past, if we foresee unnecessary problems, fights and bickering we reserve the right to remove. All we want to live in peace and harmony here please.
