Ayesha Khan Farzana, this is the recipe I have been using from the indian delights, comes out brilliant..
1 onion grated-squeeze out the water
Ginger garlic
Chillies
2 tblsp butter
Lemon juice
2 tsp salt
Green dhania- chopped
Mince- should be left the night before so that the water drains out
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp turmeric

Mix all the above ingredients and roll out into balls.
Make your basic tomato chutney and add the kebaabs to cook.
Garnish with dhania enjoy 🙂
