Fatima ﻓﺎﻁﻤﺔ ﺯﻫﺭﺓ Zahra

Tuna alfredo

½ pkt Fettucine pasta
2tins tuna(drain water out)
1tub fresh cream
4T butter
4T mazeina
Salt
Lemon pepper
Chillie powder
3T Green masala
2green chillies chopped
2t green chutney

Boil your pasta ..rinse, drain, in seprte bowl mix 5T mayo to pasta and leave aside
Melt butter,add mazeina,braise then add salt n lemon pepper, and grn masala, add fresh cream and very litttle milk(quarter cup) n stir until sauce thickens, remove from heat and add remaining spices , mix pasta n sauce n tuna together , pour into a pyrax dish, grate cheese over sprikle parsley and pop in oven until cheese melts ..
U can add sliced and slightly fried (in butter,salt n pepper) mushrooms,or peppers to t above..by ﻓﺎﻁﻤﺔ ﺯﻫﺭﺓ
