Tasneem Parker Fry fillet in a bit of olive oil with whatever spice u want to marinate it with be it salt and pepper or bbq etc. Remove from pan. Add a little olive oil to the same pan. Heat and add sliced mushroom. Cook mushrooms on a high heat till the crispy brown. Add seasoning then add fresh cream. Lower the heat. Add wocester sauce to the cream. Stir continuously. The wocester sauce provides the actual seasoning so don't add too much salt to the cream. Taste it. U will kno when tasting if u need more wocester sauce or not. Add about a tablespoon initially. Really gives a great flavour to the cream. U can place the fillet back in the pan with the cream and serve or serve cream as a side dish.
