Help: drug addict verbally abusing mother

Slmz Nani Ma. An adoptedd 32 year old guy is heavy on drugs n lost his mind. He verbally abuses his mother whose a single parent, father passed on a few years ago. The family has sent him for rehab a good few times, without success n he says we should give him the money intsead. He doesn't work at all n treats his mother without any form of respect, demands money from her each time he needs a fix. If he duznt get it, he threatens her by burning down the house, damaging the furniture. Is there any way to get him out of the house for good cos the mother isn't willing to let go, n we fear her safety. Jazakallah!

Best way for her to kick him out, or get him locked up as drug addicts can commit murder as well seen it this year with a close friend.
